Adoption is final

We had to go back to the civil affairs office on Tuesday and finalize her adoption to make officially an Evans. Forever she will be Bryleigh Bayi Hope Evans or as Frazier likes to call her Baby Brat for the BB :) Its ok thou, i wanted to name her baby thus the BB but we found out her nick name for the orphanage was BABA they doubled her Ba in Bayi. which translates to Bao Bao pronunciation and mean baby. She is very active and inquisitive. Each day her personality comes out even more. We are very thankful she is most close to an active 2 year old
