Saturday Morning

We visited the electronics market yesterday via their metro system. It is very easy to navigate, so we jumped on and went to the 9 floor electronics market. If you have ever ordered off ebay or amazon from China I am sure it came from there. Frazier was in hog heaven but did not purchase anything. We then ate at Mcd's then headed to the local grocery store- similar to a suer Walmart and picked a few things up. We jumped again on the metro to make it back to the hotel. It was a scorcher of a day again. Very high humidity and we were drenched again. Rested in the room and watched some shows Mike uploaded to a drive for us. We are watching Switched at birth and already got through season 1. We proceeded to the executive lounge to have our dinner. They have a lovely spread there in the evening and almost always can make it into dinner. Here is especially no problem, they have had sushi, dumplings, vegetables, salad etc every night. We also met a fella from NJ that now lives here in China, he was quite a character. He had us pegged as from Mississippi, guess he over heard us talking and my southern accent. LOL We have no clue what we will do today and tomorrow we continue our journey to Gunangzhou in preparation to meet our daughter in just 2 days. We will try and get some picture uploaded later today. Jet lag still getting me, been awake since 3:30 and finally got up about 4:45.
